These terms apply to orders requested through the 3D Solutions & Robotics website. Before submitting, you can review and correct the products, quantities, contact details, delivery choice, and address.

Order confirmation

Submitting the checkout form sends an order request; it does not by itself mean that we accepted the order or received payment. We will verify availability, preorder timing, delivery charges, and the final amount. A binding order is formed only when we confirm acceptance and the payment arrangement.

Prices and payment

Displayed product prices are in US dollars. Any required local-currency amount, delivery cost, taxes, or other charge will be clearly confirmed before payment. Request-price products require a separate quotation. We will not charge a payment method without showing the final amount and obtaining your approval through an authorised method.

Availability and pre-orders

Stock can change before confirmation. A product marked “Pre-order” is not immediately available; we will provide the expected timing before accepting payment. We may reject or cancel an order when a product is unavailable, information is clearly incorrect, or fraud is reasonably suspected. Any payment already received for a cancelled order will be returned through the appropriate method.

Product information

We try to keep descriptions, images, specifications, and prices accurate. Screen colours and manufacturer updates may create minor differences. Please contact us before ordering if a specification is essential to your use.

Customer responsibilities

You must provide accurate contact and delivery information, use the shop lawfully, and not attempt to interfere with its security. These terms do not remove rights that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable Lebanese consumer-protection law.
