3D Solutions & Robotics, located in Lebanon, uses personal information only to answer enquiries, prepare and fulfil orders, provide support, prevent abuse, and meet legal or accounting obligations.

When you submit an order or contact us, we may collect your name, email, telephone number, delivery or pickup choice, delivery address, order contents, notes, and communications. Our servers may process basic technical data such as IP address, browser information, security events, and timestamps.

How we use and share it

We use this information to confirm stock, delivery, pricing, payment status, and customer service. We share only what is necessary with service providers that host the website or database, deliver an order, prevent fraud, or process an approved payment. We do not sell personal information.

Payments

This website does not request or store full card numbers, security codes, or online-banking credentials. Once a bank-hosted payment gateway is approved, payment details will be entered on the bank or payment provider's secure page and handled under that provider's privacy and security terms.

Storage and security

Order records are stored in a restricted database. Access is limited to authorised staff, protected administrative sessions, and server-only credentials. No internet service can promise absolute security, but we use reasonable technical and organisational safeguards and review access when roles change.

Retention and your choices

We retain order and transaction records only as long as needed for fulfilment, support, legal, tax, fraud-prevention, and accounting purposes. You may ask to access or correct your information, or request deletion where no legal retention duty applies.
