Delivery in Lebanon

Delivery availability, cost, and estimated timing depend on the destination, product size, stock, and courier. Because these details can vary, we confirm them with you before accepting payment. No unapproved delivery charge is added.

Pickup

Pickup may be arranged after we confirm that the order is ready. Please do not travel to collect an item until you receive confirmation.

Pre-orders and delays

Pre-order timing is an estimate and will be provided before acceptance. If an important delay occurs after confirmation, we will contact you to agree on the next step. Please inspect the package promptly and tell us if it arrived damaged or incomplete.

Correct delivery details

Please provide a reachable telephone number and accurate address. If a delivery fails because the supplied information was incorrect or nobody was available, any reasonable redelivery cost will be explained before another attempt.
